This class is designed for parents of babies who are looking for a relaxing time-out of their busy lives. Just bring your baby to the studio, and during your practice we take care of it so you can totally relax.
We are Renate and Lene, both moms of little kids, and would love to pamper you as well as your little one. Relax in the beautiful atmosphere of Anjuly’s studio while your baby is looked after in a separate room.
Yoga is about letting go – which is not always easy when you permanently carry the responsibility for a small human being that needs you. The first time with baby is special and challenging, it changes our habits and often our personal needs cannot be met properly.
That is why we would love to take care not only of your physical but also of your mental wellness. We share our thoughts and experience as well as good advice on all things parenthood.
IMPORTANT: This class is not meant to replace a common postnatal course. We recommend to additionally look for a course that is paid by your health insurance. However, as a matter of course, we mind the special needs of your postpartum body and support the building of new strength and confidence.
